Project details

An oceanfront retreat for a private family, located on the big island of Hawaii, consisting of six buildings including a central pavilion and surrounded by several private guest suites, gym, and both indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This was a ground up construction project.

I arrived on the project during the shop drawing phase and ahead of the big push to purchase furnishings. As the junior designer, I worked closely with the lead to purchase custom drapery, furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories and artwork. I also helped install the project.
